I have been working as a psychological counselor in the areas of crisis management, couples, sexual and LGBTQIA+ counseling for over 10 years. I was fortunate to be able to practice these in Germany, Great Britain and internationally.

After moving to Austria, I am now refining my knowledge and am currently training to become a life and social counselor. My final goal is a university master's degree in psychological counseling, which I am constantly working towards.

My professional career began more than 30 years ago. As a trainer, managing director, management consultant and coach, I have constantly expanded and been able to apply my skills as a consultant.

More than 10 years ago I made the decision to focus more on the mental health and personal development of my clients and distanced myself more and more from "optimization consulting" for people and companies.

I am involved in volunteer work around LGBTQIA+ and sexual self-determination.

My work as a management consultant also enables me to work in the area of work-related issues and crises.
